ITO vacuum hot pressing furnace is a black-gray ceramic semiconductor formed by mixing indium oxide and tin oxide powder in a certain proportion and going through a series of production processes in a high-temperature atmosphere (1600 degrees, oxygen sintering). Using the ITO target as raw material, magnetron sputtering is performed on the ITO film, and the ITO target is oxidized onto the glass substrate or flexible organic film. The ITO film is conductive and translucent, and its thickness is generally 30nm to 200nm.
